Giulia & Giacomo are from Italy. They met in high school, but they fell in love after finishing school, thanks to a trip they took around Europe with a group of friends. Throughout the past decade, they have still maintained their love of traveling together.
Giacomo moved to Michigan 4 years ago for his PhD at MSU. After maintaining a long distance relationship they decided to tie the knot and to get married here in Michigan because they wanted to celebrate their love with good friends who have made their life in the US happier.

These two are such an amazing couple. One of my favorite things about this wedding is that the Bride decided to wear a wedding dress that she made for her thesis while she was studying to be a fashion designer (although she never thought that one day she would actually wear it). She kept her attire minimal and elegant.
It was a small intimate wedding surrounded by their closest friends, which in my opinion are some of the most special and touching kinds of weddings. Nothing over the top, or extravagant, just what really matters. It was a day filled with lots of love, happy tears, laughter and amazing memories that will be shared for years to come.
